2006 Carlisle Zinfandel Carlo's Ranch
**2006 Carlisle Zinfandel Carlo's Ranch (USA, California, Sonoma County, Russian River Valley)** The nose had brambly cherry, chocolate, blueberry liqueur, spice, and a touch of vanilla at the end. The palate was rich and juicy, and had blueberry jam, cherry, spice, earth, and a good chocolate and oak finish. (93 pts.)
