1999 Castello di Volpaia Coltassala Toscana IGT
**1999 Castello di Volpaia Coltassala Toscana IGT (Italy, Tuscany, Toscana IGT)** The nose had a nice backbone of cedar, along with sweet cherry, raspberry, vanilla, and some spicy earth at the end. The palate was smooth and slightly sweet, and had cherry, cedar, pepper, and a faint oaky finish. (90 pts.)
